Abstract:
During World War II, the bomber emerged as one of the preeminent offensive weapons of the war. In this program we explore some of the great bombers that fought in the air war of World War II. Using rare archival footage, we witness some of the most important moments in the history of these great flying machines and learn about the brave men that flew them.
